Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 20-50 years of age irrespective of gender. 2. Patients with residual pocket probing depth >= 5mm with localized/generalized periodontitis not indicated for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received any antibiotic therapy in the last 6 months. 2. Patients who received any chemotherapeutic mouth rinses/oral irrigation during the past 1 month. 3. Patients who received any surgical or nonsurgical periodontal therapy, 6 months prior to the start of the study. 4. Patients with allergies to any of medications which will be used in the study. 5. Pregnant or Lactating women. 6. Patients who are smokers/alcoholic.
