Intervention1: INTRA ARTICULAR INJECTION OF MAGNESIUM SULPHATE: All the patients satisfying the inclusion criteria, will initially be assessed by radiographs and a random blood sugar test .

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical and radiographic early OA knee (upto stage 2 KL grading) 2. Patients above age 40 years 3. Patients consenting for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with inflammatory or post traumatic arthritis of the knee 2. Patient with congenital disorders of the knee 3. Patients with bleeding disorders 4. Immunocompromised patients 5. Diabetic patients 6. Patients not consenting for the study
