Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OPCAB patients of both sexes who are >18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age less than 18 years. (2) Concomitant aortic repair (3) Concomitant cardiac valve surgery (4) Concomitant carotid endarterectomy (5) On Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (ONCAB) (6) Refusal of consent

Outcome at discharge or death as survivor or non-survivor Timepoint: primary outcome measured at 0 hours (at ICU receiving), 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours would be calculated and correlated with the actual outcome , as survivors or non-survivors and length of ICU stay.—
