Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Both married and unmarried female patients between the age group of 14 - 30 years 2) Patients suffering from pain during menstruation for more than 2 consecutive menstrual cycles. 3) Post covid and non-covid subjects fulfilling the above criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Female patients diagnosed with any other underlying pelvic pathology and menstrual irregularities. 2) Patients with history of any other systemic illnesses that may interfere with the course of treatment.

Assessment criteria for pain will be based on Visual analogue scale and Verbal multi-dimensional scoring system. the following will be measured â?¢Pain in lower abdomen â?¢Pain in medial aspects of thigh. â?¢Lower Backache â?¢Duration of pain â?¢Rajah krucchra vimunchana â?¢Arthavam sa vimukte tu tatkshnam labhate sukham â?¢Nausea â?¢Vomiting â?¢Headache Timepoint: Study will be conducted for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. Before treatment â?? assessment will be done on the 1st day of the 1st menstrual cycle. During treatmentâ?? assessment will be done on the 1st day of the 2nd menstrual cycle. After treatment â?? assessment will be done on the 1st day of 3rd menstrual cycle. Follow up- assessment will be done on the 1st day of 4rd menstrual cycle.	—
