Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children of age 2 to 6 years of either sex, •Child with upper respiratory illness- Common cold, Sinusitis, Pharyngitis, UpperAirway disease. •Child having an atopic respiratory condition. •Child fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A child with acute respiratory conditions; needs emergency management like Oxygen supplementation. 2.Child with congenital malformation. 3.Child with lower respiratory illness. 3Child of congenital heart disease. 4. Children with any life-threatening condition will be excluded from the study.
