Intervention1: intraperitoneal 0.2 % ropivacaine 30 ml with 2ml (8mg )dexamethasone will be infiltrated in GP D: 50 patients in GP D will receive intraperitoneal infiltration of 30 ml of 0.2 %ropivac

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients AGE >18years patients posted for elective surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient refusal diabetes mellitus patient with significant cardiac ,renal, or pulmonary disease hepatopulmonary malignancies pregnancy or previous abdominal surgery allergy to study drug lap converted to open cholecystectomy presence of acute cholecystitis,choledocholithiasis or portal hypertension
