Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient between the age of 18 to 60 year randomly 2. Sex - Both male and female 3. Hb%- 8-11 gm/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient below the age of 18yrs. And above 60yrs. 2.Hb%- below the 8gm/dl and above the 11gm/dl. 3.Sickel cell anaemia, Thalassemia, Leukemia, Internal bleeding, Hemorrhoids, Anaemia due to menstrual disorders,G6PD deficiency etc. 4.Patients with other systemic disorders like Chronic cardiac illness, Tuberculosis, Endocrine disorders, severe Hypertension etc. 5.Cancer, Hepatitis, HIV etc.
