Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age more than 18 years 2.Traumatic ulcers 3.Infective ulcers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.age less than 18 years 2.all type of lower limb ulcers excluding traumatic and infective ulcers 3.osteomyelitis 4.patients with chronic renal failure 5.autoimmune disorders 6.patient on long term use of corticosteroids 7.immunosuppression
