Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with advanced cancer (stage IV diagnosis), referred for the first time to Department of Palliative Medicine 2. Age more than 18 years 3. Patient with normal cognitive status as determined by the physician and by her/his ability to understand the nature of the study and provide consent for the process 4. Patient willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to give consent due to impaired cognition, moribund state and acute medical illness 2. Those who refuse to participate in the study
