Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Targeted participants of the study will be community health workers (CHWs), specifically Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) The inclusion criteria for our study is as follows: 1. Community health workers (CHWs) who are enrolled in the ECHO CHW training program. 2. CHWs who are planning to continue working as ASHA for the next 10 months. 3. CHWs whose contact details (mobile number) are available. 4. CHWs who will provide consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria: 1. CHWs whose contact details are not available. 2. CHWs who do not provide consent to participate in the study.
