Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female students 2. Age group between 18- 27 years 3. Students with an active upper trapezius trigger point 4. Students who are willing to participate 5. Acute or chronic neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term corticosteroid therapy 2. Taking anticoagulants 3. Specific cause for neck pain -Nerve root compression -Herniated disc -Inflammatory myopathies -Rheumatoid arthritis -Ankylosis -Spondylosis -Idiopathic scoliosis -Osteoporosis
