Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE GROUP OF 20-40 YEARS WITH BOTH THE GENDERS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Those diagnosed with neurological findings • Thoracic surgeries. • Taking regular medicines to relieve pain. • Obstructive or Restrictive findings in pretest spirometer. • Post COVID individuals. • Chronic Orthopedic related conditions of cervical and lumbar region.
