Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women having psychological symptoms of menopausal period, having their last menses 1yr to 2yr before, women will be selected irrespective of religion and economic class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women with known history of mental disorder, thyroid function abnormality and women on treatment with HRT for menopausal symptoms
