Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were diagnosed with heart failure by the cardiologist and referred for cardiac rehabilitation. 2.Patients with 2-D Echo report. 3.Patients in New York Heart Association functional (NYHA) class I-III heart failure .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute MI in the preceding 3 months, unstable angina, acute coronary syndrome. 2.Patients having cognitive impairment preventing questionnaire completion . The cognitive impairment of the subject will be screened by asking simple questions regarding his attention, orientation to time, place, person and whether he can follow simple commands for walk test . 3.Patients who had difficulty in ambulation. 4.Patients not willing to participate.
