Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Haemodialysis and Kidney transplantation patients of age between 18-80 years visited the Out patients department will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are on peritoneal dialysis, pregnant and lactating women, and patients with cognitive impairment will be excluded from the study
