Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient of age group 40-70yrs will be include irrespective of gender classical sign and symptoms of janu sandhigata vata due to dhatukshaya and niramavastha pt.having mild to moderate knee joint pain will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Janusandhigat aghat (trauma of knee joint) Congenital abnormalities and other structural deformities of Janu sandhi Medical or surgical complicated illness Patient not willing for trial
