Intervention1: Williams flexion exercise: William flexion will be given to the subjects for 3days/ week for 4 weeks, 30 minute. Pelvic tilt Lie on the back with knees bent and feet flat on the mat. F

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age limit 20 to 25 years 2. History of low back pain since 3 months 3. Both male and female 4. VAS of below 5cm score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject on regular fitness programme 2. past history of spinal fracture 3. spondylolisthesis 4. Any other illness or spinal disc pathology.
