Inclusion criteria: 1)Post graduate physiotherapy students 2)Age group 22 ââ?¬â?? 30 years 3)Students of both gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Students who donââ?¬•t consent for the participation 2)Students having declared musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and pulmonary health issues that would affect physical performance.
