Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Optic nerve sheath diameter will be recording in patients undergoing Robot asissted laparoscopic prostatectomy in Steep Trendelenberg position at different time intervals.Timepoint: At induction of anesthesia (T0); after STP was attained(T1); iv saline or mannitol will be started and observation recorded ;30 min after STP (T2); 1hr after STP (T3); and then every hr till extubation and lastly at extubation..

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare in patients undergoing robot assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy in Trendelenberg position with or without â??mannitolâ?? administration at different time intervals and at extubation: 1. Depth of anesthesia using bispectral index 2. Recovery from anesthesia using time to extubate, recovery time, time to respond to verbal command, OASS(overt Agitation Severity Scale), MMSE(Mini Mental Status Examination).Timepoint: Bispectral Index - At induction of anesthesia (T0); after STP was attained(T1); 30 min after STP (T2); 1hr STP (T3); and then every hr till extubation and lastly at extubation. At extubation â?? extubation time, recovery time, time to response to verbal command, OASS After extubation- MMSE
