Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: 18 years and above 2 Elective Perianal Surgeries 3 Hemorrhoids 4 Fissure in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients unwilling to participate 2 Perianal abscess/ Skin lesions â?? active infection 3 Fistula in ano 4 Coagulopathies 5 Hypersensitivity to anaesthetic agents
