Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: � People of any sex who can read and write Malayalam and aged between 40 -50 years. � People who are available and willing to participate in the study. � People whose children are studying in the residential institutes of selected nursing college in Kannur District. Exclusion criteria: � Parents of nursing students whose age was above 50 years. � Parents who do not know to read and write Malayalam � Parents not available during the time of data collection and � Parents who were not willing to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
After six months of followup followed by empowerment they will maintain the psychological resiliency by the middle aged during their midlife transition in order to prepare them to lead an active aging.Timepoint: After 1 week, one months and six month they will be assessed for their status to see the changes
