Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Vegetarian Diet. 2. Vitamin D deficiency which is mild to moderate (between 10-29ng/ml). 3. Patients who are not suffering from malignancy, TB or any other systemic disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 20 years and above 50 years of age. 2. Patients with malignancy, TB or any other systemic disorders. 3. Vit D deficiency which is severe (less than 10ng/ml). 4. Pregnant women. 5. Lactating mothers 6. Non Vegetarian diet
