Inclusion criteria: Individuals on anti-hypertensive drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension 2. Comorbid conditions like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypo/hyperthyroidism, Ishchaemic Heart Diseases etc. 3. Recent abdominal, thoracic surgeries 4. Respiratory conditions 5. Musculoskeletal conditions 6. Neurological conditions
