Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3-18 years with nephrotic syndrome with severe edema

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) shock 2) sepsis 3) AKI stage 3 (KDIGO) 4) Serum albumin less than 1 g/dl 5) Serum potassium less than 3.5 meq/L 6)Secondary causes of nephrotic syndrome
