Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient in between the age group of 16-30 2. Patient having lakshanas of artavakshaya 3. Patients having bleeding requiring less than 1-2 pads on the first day of menses 4. Mentstrual bleeding taking place only 1, 2 days per Cycle 5. Both married and unmarried women 6. Patients presenting with the pratyatma lakshana of artava 7. After screening for covid 19 in covid screening O. P. D patients will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of the following diseases- 1. Prolactinaemias, 2. Graves disease 3. Endometrial tuberculosis 4. Fibrosed/atropic endometrium 5. Uterine synechae 6. Patient with systemic disorder like DM, HTN, TB, Asthma, Congenital abnormalities. 7. Patient with malnutrition, severe anemia (Hb 8. Lactating women. 9. OCP using women.

MeasureTime frame
To study the efficacy of Shatapushpa and Krushnajeeraka in the management of ArtavakshayaTimepoint: 3 months with 3 follow ups on every month end.
