Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age above 18years Fulfilling ICHD criteria for tension type headache Education upto 8th Patient who will give written informed consent Headache severity score (HDI) >30 moderate disability
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiac instrumentation Significant neurological or medical illness (including history of significant head injury or epilepsy) Any substance dependence use in past three months excluding caffeine and nicotine TTH secondary to syndromal Depression and syndromal Anxiety
