Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with 2-3 weeks of post-operative distal end radius fracture, unilateral fracture. pain on VAS less than 8 out of 10 prior suggestion regarding mobilization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent injuries to hand/wrist/elbow/shoulder in past 1 year on ipsilateral side nerve/blood vessels/ tendon injury multiple fracture past history of DER fracture on same extremity CRPS Any contraindications for cryotherapy
