Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Has undergone C section Age of mother 25-35years Primiparous mothers Mothers who has symptoms of abdominal bloating Pfannestiel incision or uterine transverse incision using GA or SA Mother should be conscious and oriented Mother and new born in rooming-in

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers who has gestational comorbidities such as Hypertension, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Thyroid Mothers of new born who are in NICU
