Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to give written informed consent ASA 1&2 planned for gynaecological procedures under General anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/o allergy to propofol, dexmedetomedine, fentanyl. Patient with compromised renal, cardiac and respiratory status like asthma, recent MI, conduction disturbances, CVA, severe coronary insufficiency, chronic renal insufficiency.
