Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of achalasia who underwent LHCM with an ARP at least 6 months ago
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any contraindication to 24-hour pH study Hiatal hernia greater than or equal to 3 cm Sigmoid esophagus Esophageal diverticulum Patient not consenting to participate in the study
