Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years 2. BMI > 25
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having contraindication to drugs used in the study 2. Patients with maxillofacial trauma 3. Pregnancy 4. Edentulous 5. Bearded 6. Prognathia/retrognathia
