Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female patients in the age group of 14 to 25 years 2.Permanent dentition 3.Patients with no missing tooth due to caries 4.Patients with no history of systemic illness 5.Patients with no history of Antibiotic therapy in the past 3 months 6.Patients with no history of periodontal therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of any orthodontic or orthopedic treatment 2.Pregnancy 3.Smokers 4.Poor general health
