Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents whose children were registered with Dept. of Palliative Medicine 2. Parents whose children passed away during the duration of pandemic 3. Parents who received regular telephonic support from dept. of Palliative Medicine during the duration of pandemic 4. Those who are able to understand English, Hindi or Marathi language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No contact with dept. of Palliative Medicine during the pandemic 2. Those who are uncontactable or do not have access to telephone 3. Refusal to participate or provide consent for the study
