Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having sign & symptoms of Amavata as mentioned in Madav Nidan. The patient of R.A. fulfilling the assessment criteria ACR/EULAR 2010. Both seropositive & seronegative cases of R.A Patients of both gender & middle age group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patiens in gouty arthritis, septic arthritis, osteoarthritis & ankylosis spondylitis. Patients having severe degree of deformity & complications, as per upadravas describe in ayurvedic texts like Madav Nidan Pregnancy & lactation
