Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: •Systemically healthy condition. •Presence of periodontitis. •Presence of periodontal osseous defects (two walled or three walled contained defects) in the posterior teeth. •Patient compliance with the maintenance of program. •Patients who are willing to willing to accept the placement of bone graft and chorion membrane. •Radiographic evidence of bone loss.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of periodontal surgical treatment Pregnant/ lactating women and smokers Poor oral hygiene and failure to comply with the protocol. Patients who are not willing for the protocol will be excluded.
