Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Community dwelling elderly aged 60 years and above able to read and write English -MMSE score of 25 or more (Screening Test)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Known case of Neurological/orthopedic/cardiovascular or respiratory disease. -Any neurological condition which may have any impact on both sleep and/or physical performance -Recent past (3 month) medical/surgical procedures that may impact sleep and/or physical performance
