Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will be conducted among IT professionals who can communicate in English, currently working in India, who has at least 6 months of Work From Home experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who report being diagnosed or under treatment for any type of mental illness will be excluded from the study.
