Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults more than 18 years of age undergoing EBUS-TBNA under conscious sedation for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Not giving informed consent for the procedure b) Pre-procedural hypoxemia (SPO2 less than 92% with FiO2 more than or equal to 0.3) c) Uncontrolled hypertension (SBP >180 mm Hg) d) Symptomatic coronary artery disease or high cardiac risk for procedure e) Procedure done through an artificial airway f) Uncorrectable coagulopathy g) Pregnancy
