Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH INITIAL CORE BODY TEMPERATURE 36.5- 37.5C ASA STATUS II PATIENTS PATIENTS WITH STABLE HEMODYNAMICS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia. 2. Patients with known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine or tramadol. 3. Patients with h/o cardio-pulmonary disease, renal or hepatic disease, thyroid disease. 4. Patients with psychiatric disorder, h/o convulsions, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or hypertension. 5. Hemodynamically unstable patients. 6. History of any substance abuse.
