Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. ASA grade - 1 and 2 .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient having history of motion sickness or past history of PONV 2) Opioid dependence 3) Pregnant females 4) Patients with liver diseases 5) Patients receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past four weeks. 6) Use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hours prior to surgery. 7) Allergy to any drug used in the study. 8) Patients taking drug which increases serotonin release like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors ( citalopram, fluoxetine, paroxetine)
