Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with histologically proven WHO grade III and IV tumours 2. Hb > 10gm%. 3. Pretreatment leucocyte count of > 4000/cu mm 4. Platelet count > 100,000/cu mm 5. Normal renal and liver function tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multicentric Glioblastoma 2. Previously treated primary brain tumours 3. Patients with visual disturbances who will not be able to read the questionnaires provided 4. Patients with Alzheimerâ??s disease, Parkinsonâ??s disease, any form of Dementia 5. Contraindications for MRI examination or gadolinium agent use 6. Pregnant or Nursing mothers 7. Any proven 1p19q co-deleted anaplastic oligodendroglioma
