Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with DM patients diagnosed with SIP patients >18 years of age patients giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with patients with peri apical pathosis pregnant and lactating mothers
