Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sedentary individuals with energy expenditure â�¤ 1.5 metabolic equivalents while in a sitting, reclining or supine posture (sitting time â�¥ 6h/day)18 Subjects with tight hamstrings (inability to achieve greater than 160�Š knee extension with hip at flexion or at least 15�Š to 30�Š loss of active knee extension with 90�Š of hip flexion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI >30Kg/m2 Acute or chronic low back pain. Acute or chronic hamstring injury Soft tissue injuries around knee. Recent fracture in the lower limb.
