Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II Age between 19 to 65 years Either sex Patient posted for elective lower limb surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal for procedure Patientâ??s contraindications to spinal anaesthesia (eg: deranged coagulation profile ) Obesity (BMI >30kg/m2) Any neuropathies Patients receiving Opioids for chronic analgesic therapy Allergy or intolerance to local anaesthetics Patients on beta-blocker or known dysrhythmia
