Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant ladies between the age of 20-40 years who are scheduled to undergo elective LSCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s refusal H/o allergy to local anaesthetics Coagulopathy Infection at the site of block Chronic liver or renal diseases C/o pain at the end of LSCS LSCS under GA Patientâ??s weight Gestational diabetes mellitus Allergic to Diclofenac- h/o Bronchial asthma Patients who test positive for COVID 19.
