Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients of aamvata with aamvata lakshans and positive rheumatoid arthritis factor will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of rheumatic fever, rheumatic heart disease, juvenile rheumatic arthritis, trauma, pregnancy, will be exculded
