Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > Baseline screening will be done for eligibility using (SAS-S) with cut-off scores above 31 for males and 33 for females. > Age group of 18 to 29 years > Access to the smartphone device > Access to an internet data connection ï?¶ Both the genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Addiction to other psychoactive substances. Subjects with severe anxiety and depression symptoms will be excluded by using General Anxiety Disorder scale GAD with a score of greater than or equal to 15 and Major Depression Inventory MDI with a score of greater than or equal to 30. Cognitive disorders because of any other medical condition MMSE < 24
