Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically and biopsy proven cases of Non alcoholic steatohepatitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) positive results for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), anti-hepatitis C virus (anti- HCV), and anti-mitochondrial antibody 2) suspicious drug usage, alcohol abuse, hereditary diseases nor any other clinical manifestations causing liver cell damage 3) surgical procedures and total parenteral nutrition
