Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptoms of MFPS according to Travel and Simon’s criteria Patients who will provide their consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major associated co-morbidities in patients like Severe uncontrolled diabetes Severe neurological problems Patients with severe renal disease known case of psychological and psychiatric conditions patients with Cardiovascular problems

Range of Motion, Disability, and Quality of LifeTimepoint: The intervention will be given alternate three days a week for three weeks. Data will be taken at the end of every week except for Disability and Quality of Life
