Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers with low haemoglobin level irrespective of gender that is below 11.5gm/dl and above 8.5gm/dl will be selected. 2.Age Group-16 to 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any major acute or Chronic disease. 2. Patients who taken haematinics treatment. 3. Pregnant or lactating women.
